Sub-Frame is down with Carrier Chain servo motors enabled Possible Cause: A ChangeOver Sub-Frame Drop motor down move attempt has occurred on the machine. Both Carrier Chain Servo Motors on the Height adjustable sub-frame must be disabled in this situation. An attempt to run the machine with these motors enabled will cause damage to one or more components. Possible Solution: 1) If a drop down for the sub-frame assembly is required for the current format, browse to the Servo Motor Offset / Enable window. Disable the two Carrier Chain motors which are located on the sub-frame drop assembly. For a left hand machine disable the left hand motors (Axis 1 and Axis 2). For a right hand machine disable the right hand motors (Axis 3 and Axis 4) 4) If a drop down for the sub-frame assembly is not required for the current format, browse to the AC Motor Position / Enable window. Adjust the value for the Sub Frame Assembly so that it is in the proper "up" position. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO INSURE THAT NO COLLISIONS OCCUR DURING UP MOVEMENT.
